Jarvis Giles

Yeah he did. He seems to be a good hard nosed running back. I can't wait and see how he does against us and Florida's D.

Well our D seems to be a beast in the first half and then get tuckered out or just give up in the second half. If we could just have a full game of the beast half we would have done much differently this year. lol

Wow, ten or so posts from the bump and no one's asking what *our* chances are yet of getting him to transfer here. A marked improvement.

That's because, no matter how far our program slips, we'll never be so desperate as to take a player who couldn't cut it at South Carolina.

Correct yourself by googleing 'Andrew Power', Yes, he was him 'who couldn't cut it at South Carolina.' That's just where we are right now.

are you sure about that? b/c you guys sure were pissed when he jumped from UT to USC...but the fact of the matter is that he won't crack your three deep either. He is a back without a home, he can't catch out of the backfield and was apparently lazy in pass protection..he will probably end up with Houston Nutt. I guarantee however, that you would take our backup QB and start him right now...I think you beat UF with a quality QB

No one cared. We had David Oku and Bryce Brown on the way at that point.

I'd let the season go on a little bit before I called any Gamecock QB "quality".

Bingo. I seem to recall some of the Coots on here last year touting their "quality" USC team, with visions of spanking UT. How'd that work for 'em?

A young hotshot RB comes in, and you'll never play another down. Signed Tauren Poole.

I know the situation is different, but you never know what will happen. Travis Henry seriously considered transfering when Jamal took control of the starting spot. If you think you just can't cut it or if PT is the only reason you went to the school, then I get it. Otherwise, I say stick it out.
