he was the one who said he received a text from mitch mustain saying he was coming to Tennessee cause they were close, then said his little brother had gotten ahold of his phone, then just kept changing the story and digging the hole deeper after that

Wow. I don't think any definitive came of Jimmy's news. If anything it's just annoying that this has been delayed yet another day. Get it over with.

The thing is: BB isn't going to be the starter. Poole won the job, as he should have. If he comes back, great, it will help us down the road of course, but not right off the bat.

I still see no reason to believe he isn't coming back. There has been a lot of news contrary to him going back to Kansas that would lead me to believe so. Like someone said, he hasn't been living in Knoxville this summer. If he's coming back, he has to move.

Nonetheless, this is so overblown at this point. I'm over it.

I think what has people thinking, along with me, that he will go to KSU because his brother is supposedly going to KSU. If you remember Arthur said if Bryce was to return to Tennessee, then he would be in favor of going back to Miami. Although I never really understood that because he transferred from there, but I dont know. Bryce is a mystery, that's all I can say.

Well, whether he is coming back or not, I would assume that Dooley would have to ok it and that he'd have to return home to get ready to be back next week.

No, that was never actually said. If you recall, they could meet "as early as Monday." No one credible ever said they were for sure meeting today.

Oh, I fully expect that to be how this ends. I'm just saying the fact he is going to to Kansas by itself can't be the reason to think that. There is 7,000 other reasons to, but not that one.

That guy just told me that he talked to hymes. I also said that the guy told me "everyone will know tomorrow.". This is the same guy that told me several weeks ago that he'd be here on the 22nd, so back off. Finally, look at my first post on this, I said somethig along the lines of listen to the sports animal in an hour or so.

Look, the guy is gonna ask for his release. If he were wanting Dooley to let him back on the team then he wouldn't be holding back that info. He would openly say... "Yeah, I want to come back and I'm gonna' meet with Coach tomorrow and ask him for the opportunity to show them that I can be a Volunteer".
By doing that he would be hoping to get support from the Volunteer fans that would speak out and help drive up the sentiment. The only reason I can think of that he doesn't let anything out yet is because he wants to dodge the flak he's gonna get on his way out. He'll ask for his release, get it and then ride out into the sunset.
End of story.

I wish I was wrong though.
