I felt the same way. Give it a solid hour and it will suck you in. Seem like a dude that likes witchy stuff- this game is creepy as hell.
Just caught this post two months late, but haha.

yeah, not surprising though. the single player campaign will be where its at in this game, as it should be.

I hope they didn't screw up SP by spending too much time on making a MP mode. It's one of the best single player games out.

Couple early reviews so far have said the story is as good if not better. Hope this ends up being true.

Just put a couple hrs in this one and am impressed...love the improved ways to hack things..seems it took too much time in the first one. A definite buy to add to your collection.

I will get first one...always heard it was awesome. I am super cheap on games though. Except for football games I wait until they have been out for awhile. The first Bio will be my next though. And by the time I am ready for another none football game this one will be available used. It is good to be a Jew.

You should be able to find the first one for $10 or less. It started going on sale for $19.99 all the time well over a year ago. (360)

If you live in Knoxville you can drop by the bar sometime and I'll give you a copy. I ended up with 2 or 3 due to system sales and bundles. Such a fantastic game.

New hacking mode in 2 appears to be very easy and quick. Playing the pipe game in the first Bioshock was sometimes cool but usually just time consuming. I don't remember hack darts in the first game but it's been a long time since I've played it. With darts, you can shoot machines and then hack them from afar.

When you come up, let me know. I'm out in West Knoxville. Usually at Rogers near Rothchilds.

the hack darts are new along with the mini turrents you can put out with the hack tool as well..i also like the trap mine ammo used in the staple gun..i surround the lil sister with it when she's gathering ADAM and they're trying to attack her

It'll be a couple of weeks before I pick this up because I just bought Forza 3, but I absolutely loved the first one and won't miss this one.

Yeah, I am still using my "offline" box. I think I will roll out the new LT FW sometime next week on my new box.
