Check this out.

Bama's 2010 schedule has them playing their last 6 SEC opponents in a row (USC, Ole Miss, UT, LSU, Miss St and Auby) in the week after their opponents bye week.

All 6 of those teams are going to have 2 weeks to get healthy and game plan for the tide. That's brutal.

UT doesn't catch a single opponent off a bye week.

Things have a way of evening out.

Week 2 through 6 is going to be a difficult one for the VOLS.

#2 - Oregon (which will be a top 5 or top 10 team prior to the game)

#3 - Florida - even w/o Tebow, they will be dangerous but with the mass exodus of players expected to leave UF, this is the best time to catch them...early.

#5 - @ LSU

#6 - @ UGA

UT will be down again, and LSU is the only one of those opponents who may not be bad.

I hate to say it, but Bama seems like they'll be the NC favorite next year.

It all depends on how the SECCG goes.

If Bama wins, then for sure they are #1 next year.

If UF wins comfortably...then the perception of Bama changes. They need that win to show that they are progressing.

Believe it or not....Ohio St. looks like a good bet for the NC game next year. Not a single tough road game for the Bucknuts.
