Tebow Blows Heisman

You and I would agree on so many things except for one day in football season and two days during basketball season.

So you both suffer from Narcissistic Personality Disorder?

For the past 2 years all the media has been promoting Tebow as a Christian athlete. Making documentaries segments showing him doing mission work, Tebow promoting his faith with anti glare bandages with scriptures written on them. Painting this picture for all the country to see of a good wholesome person full of faith and living the christian life.

Tebow has came out and publicly stated no one makes fun of his coach and he is out to put it on the Vols. Now to some people they may read this and go yeah Tebow give it to them. I for one of Christian faith see his statement being of one of vengeance. Let me remind you that Vengeance is mine saith the lord.

I say go for it Tebow and wait and see if this will not come back to smite you down. You are going to tarnish your reputation and kiss your Heisman and possible NC chance goodbye.

Can you get any lamer?

TeBlow is a fraud we all know it. he kissed a dude on national TV and he isnt from the middle east. Sodomy is not accepted. how does he get a pass?

I don't care what any of you say...this is by far the most entertaining thread of the week.

Personally I think that Tebow is a great player and wants to compete. I mean he is a great christian man and he is just trying to get his team/fans a little more fired up. No big deal. Colt McCoy is a great christian as well. Awesome that arguably the two leading heisman candidates are good men off the field.

So the end justifies the means. Ok. Tebow and his Gator press agents have snowed the entire nation. According to some of you on here, he puts Mother Teresa to shame. Can sainthood be far behind?

What? I'm not saying the guy is perfect, but you can't peg this as an example of him not living up to his faith. Tebow gets a bad rap b/c of the press and its nauseating coverage of him. But, I don't blame him for that. No matter what you think of Florida, every non-ignorant person should be thankful that he is trying to live for the Lord and set an example for how college athletes should act.

And, regardless, if Tebow went out and did do something that most of us would consider sinful (which by the way he does every day like every single one of us), then that doesn't mean he's not a Christian. Being a Christian doesn't mean being perfect. It means trying to grow on a daily basis to become more Christ-like and realizing your need for His blood to pay for our sins. Get a grip.

Let me get this straight, Tebow walks on water, right? The love for Tebow by his UT fanboys is somewhat sickening.

Quite possibly the stupidest post ever on VN.

Are you a Tebow lover? (not in the biblical sense) At no part of this post did I judge Tebow. I simply repeated his comments on how CLK's comment about Meyer made him react.

Don't come at me son wanting to block me from this site. You don't know me and you don't want to know me talking about me like you have. Grow up either in age or in your walk in christianity. I am not perfect by no means of the imagination but I have read "the book" 3 times in my life so don't question me on it.

As I stated in the post I wrote the thread to bait the Gators in it.

If true, then it's even worse.
