Scripture
7 For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. 8 So do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord or of me his prisoner. Rather, join with me in suffering for the gospel, by the power of God
—2 Timothy 1:7-8, NIV

Reflection
Fear often tells us to stay quiet, avoid risk, and retreat from difficult situations. But fear is not meant to control the life of a believer. God has placed His Spirit within us, giving us the power to do what is right, the love to treat others with grace, and the self-discipline to remain faithful when our emotions pull us elsewhere.

Courage does not mean that we never feel afraid. It means we refuse to let fear determine our obedience. Timothy was facing pressure, opposition, and uncertainty, yet Paul reminded him that he was not facing those challenges alone. The same Spirit who strengthened Paul was also at work in Timothy.

We may sometimes hesitate to speak about our faith because we fear rejection, criticism, or embarrassment. But the gospel is nothing to be ashamed of. Jesus was not ashamed to identify with us, and we should not be ashamed to identify with Him.

God may not remove every uncomfortable situation, but He will provide the strength necessary to remain faithful in it. Today, instead of asking, “What am I afraid might happen?” we can ask, “What would faithfulness look like here?”

Prayer
Father, thank You for giving me Your Spirit. When fear makes me want to retreat, remind me that You have given me power, love, and self-discipline. Give me courage to stand for Christ without shame and to remain faithful even when obedience is difficult. Let my words and actions reflect both boldness and love. In Jesus’ name, amen.

We need a real good investigative journalist to expose some of the shady 💩 they've let slide, while hammering an individual player over the price of a car detailing job. Call your boy Nick Shirley.
I'll call Nick Shirley and see if he can spare a few moments from exposing Learing Centers and Hospice fraud to do us a solid.

Have your cheagle fly over NCAA HQ and poop on officials as they enter and/or exit the building.

Cheagle poop will leave a stain.

Everything Tennessee strength coach Derek Owings said exiting summer work

When I look on Instagram and all that, we see those before and after photos of different players. For all the metrics that we read about, like a before and after photo of a player and how they developed, I feel like is the easiest way to communicate that to just the common person. We can see it. Have you always done that, or is there a time in the past where you, you thought, “This, this is gonna make sense to communicate that to people?

Edit: Only real noteworthy thing (IMO) was DO saying at Tennessee he's got the most physically gifted athletes he's ever worked with.

Gonna be real interesting to see how that translates on the field.
Nah dog you missed the closing stanza on this poem -

all the nutrition, supplementation, man, this guy is really genetically gifted. He could look like a freak show.
