Massive changes in legs. That alone is going to change the power and explosiveness of our players.

Most guys that go to the gym focus primarily on upper body and neglect their legs but once a person gets serious and starts focusing on legs, shew boy, the strength gains and explosiveness for many other movements increase exponentially.

That change alone is going to cause our players to look completely different on the field this year. I’m excited.
