I just heard a quote recently that said an umpire calls strikes on a catchers frame work, is not a good umpire.

Elander has done just fine, he is learning as he goes. I just wish everyone would quit bitching about him having no fire. Vitello and Elander has two totally different demeanor and both will work in the HC position. As long as Elander can keep recruiting like a beast we will be just fine.
