I saw the preview for The Madison and had no idea it was a Yellowstone spinoff. The trailer looked kinda cheesy but I like the actors involved.

I will probably check out the spinoffs but honestly I got kinda burned out on the Yellowstone universe. The Marshalls one I'm skeptical of since it's a network show and that seems like an odd choice. Seems like it would have been better as a P+ show.

Watched the first episode of Marshals last night and was disappointed. The writing and much of the acting is not up to the Y standard. It jumps quickly and even the action scenes are rushed. Maybe it gets better?

The Madison was supposed to be a spinoff but its not. It is totally different than what I expected. Im guessing most won't approve of it but I like it very much.

6 episodes in season one already out and season 2 was filmed with season one so it shouldn't be a long wait for it.

That sounds like why I'm not excited for it, because that description makes it seem like it's been "networked". I just can't get into network shows anymore, the quality is just not as good.

While I do like Marshals for what it is,It is certainly networked big time. I think putting it on Paramount instead of a CBS show would have helped to keep that Yellowstone feel.

Really? I think it's one of the worst shows I've watched in a long, long time. Terrible acting, incredibly unrealistic tactical presentation, and just flat out nonsense like staking out the bad guys in clear view.

I feel guilt for actually continuing to watch, but i guess i want to see what happens with Casey.

I understand where you're coming from. I think it's where Casey was probably my favorite character from the show,and I wanted to see something from his characters perspective.

I think once it was on a TV network, it instantly killed the Yellowstone feel. I think Dutton Ranch will be better for that very reason.

Agreed, only about 5-6 episodes in and Y Marshals is pretty bad.
