Totally get it…from what I understand Coach Barnes always meets someone that he’s not familiar with to get a feel for what kind of person they are.

The one key thing to this though, a graduate can test NBA draft waters and then enter portal. They still have the option to enter the portal the loose cutoff is July 1st

Correct, only exemption would be a head coach leaving, no exemption for graduates etc.
