Wonder how difficult it would be to retool? Probably totally different processes. If we could get them to retool, we could be self reliant. Just looked it up..we can refine 18 mbpd and 60% is heavy. We use 20+ mbpd. Would imagine these numbers are all petroleum products.

We have enough heavy crude available.
