Exactly…. I’ve never understood taking carefully prepared food and rendering it unrecognizable with ranch, ketchup etc. Just save the trouble and order chicken nuggets at that point lol.Neither. Save your calories for more wings. I'll go with ranch if it's too much heat, but people over-use dressing and sauce. If the wings are good, you don't need ranch. If the pizza is good, you don't need ranch. If the sushi is good, you don't need soy sauce. If the steak is good, it doesn't need sauce. Etc.
Arrington vineyards?I do like a good Blue Cheese dressing. However, commonly offered blue cheese itself in local markets is often hard to eat on its own. But, I had some real stuff from France at a wine tasting over at Arrington Vineyards. That really changed my mind on blue cheese. The proper imported stuff. Mild, smooth and creamy. Not your everyday blue cheese flavor and pungency. It was:

As far as wings in general we prefer Tyler Florence's Chili Lime Cilantro sauce. Primo and addictive.

There’s this really nice burger place I go to a bunch that has a pretty damn good black n blue burger. Ain’t never had it with a filet thoughI may very well be, but I smoke a black and blue burger that’s changed a lot of minds about that.
And I smoke a filet that is topped with some Boursin cheese and Blue Cheese along with some crispy fried onions that will change your life and outlook on that!
