Star Trek and Star Wars are weird comparisons. Star Trek is more of a pure sci fi series whereas Star Wars is basically Sci Fi Fantasy

Haven't been to Texas to try real authentic, but have had a ton of transplants try to "show me" real BBQ.

My opinion is if you're a sauce person Texas is bottom shelf, if you love good smoked meat or dry rub you'll love Texas. Personally if it's actually well made I love all types of BBQ. The mustardy sauce from Carolina BBQ is my least favorite thing, but will still eat it gladly.

Even NC has two styles. Mustard vs Vinegar based….LOL
