I agree I think it was a blunder by Josh to move Kuhns to Friday. I thought if he was going to do anything with the rotation he should have started Ardvison last night.I was a little concerned with moving Kuhns to the Friday start, he just seems to be better as the 2nd day starter. Of course then you have to find someone who can give them a good Friday start.
How about running from 2nd to 3rd when the ball is hit to the 3rd baseman, and the next hit was a single that would’ve scored you. Ughhhhhh. Very very undisciplined at every part of the game. This team is hard to watch. I stay excited the whole day to get home and tune in to vols baseball. And after only a couple innings of swinging at balls in the dirt only to watch strike three come right down the pipe. Ugh. Every week. Our pitchers forever giving up moon shots on an 0-2 count. And so I think this is one of our best fielding teams ever. Then watch a ball bounce two feet in front of our left fielder and go over his head. Geesh! We're just not good. Talented but no heart. And I'll be excited all morning again for today's game. Go Big Orange!!! Trent Grindlinger is a badass
Being saying that since DW named him as head coach. No known search. And to make matters worse, he admitted Elander is “who the players and recruits wanted”. They wanted to keep the transfers recruits happy. Didn’t matter about what was best for the program and fans.I have said it before and will keep saying it until we are once again mired in the middle of the SEC pack and something will finally be done. We lack a real head coach.... One who is not the favorite of the players it get the job. One who will get the best out of the team or they will not be on the team! ( I am also starting to lose confidence in some of the coaching. Some of these guys don't seem to be learning much)
