2026 Vols Transfer Portal Thread

I don’t know who Zach Ragan is. I know this board has major butt hurt of Bosllio and that this board has very little if any insiders.
Zach Ragan is just a guy on A to Z who writes articles that have minimal information for clicks, not much new info or analysis if you’re paying attention. If you search for his articles, you’ll see the trend

Basilio looks like Nostradamus compared to Zach... I don't have anything against the guy but he just has a free AI summarize a paragraph with a bunch of stuff other reporters like VQ, 247 do and post it with a click bait title. Dude has cracked the code for lazy money which good for him. Listen to the podcast he does with Charlie and it's glaringly obvious they have zero idea and always cite AP, Callahan, and Basilio.

That's accurate. This board has a lot of guys with a great understanding of the game, but no real insiders. Basillo isn't an insider either. He seemingly does well at his job as a talk show host, but I rarely listen to him.

The FedEx Forum/Grizzlies are close to severing ties with the University of Memphis due to operational costs and attendance being so poor. The Forum is losing money by hosting Memphis Tiger games. It would leave the Tigers without a suitable arena, except the Landers Center in MS or the small Elma Roane Fieldhouse on campus.
The Mid South Coliseum is close by at the Fairgrounds, and was the Tigers’ home for decades. It certainly needs to be renovated, but is a wonderful venue for basketball. In addition, Elvis, the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Lynyrd Skynyrd, etc. performed there.
