I always just buy the hot sauce. I know better to stay away from the actual pepperThese are green. I sliced off a bit of the “wall” to dodge the seeds. It was not sweet like an orange Habanero — instead, a little herbaceous and no heat at all. So I took another slice with a seed. There were actually two seeds — it almost knocked me down it was so hot.I ate a couple of spoons of yogurt, trying to coat my mouth and had to blow my nose a couple of times; I thought I was going to get the hiccups.
