2026 Vols Transfer Portal Thread

Acting like Juke's the the next Michael Jordan. Guy's a transfer sophomore with decent but not elite stats. Go outside and play. The ACC went 2-14 against the SEC in 2024, and the other teams on its schedule aren't exactly SEC-caliber. Sure we want him, but yall are gonna have a heart attack worrying over this kid.
Seriously? This is your take? He’s more of a sure thing than any transfer we’ve had to date. The guy averaged 21.5 points in a major D1 conference. He’s more accomplished than both DK and Lanier before they came here.

Yeah the guy that was from Northern Colorado that wasn’t an all conference player on a terrible team was pretty trash clearly we need to listen to this guy

Holy **** you are brain dead and don’t know ball 😂

Just last week you were saying Juke is the missing puzzle piece (which he is) and that you hope that we can win the bidding war (which by all reports we have)

No one is acting like he's the next MJ, but he's a top 5 portal player and would be higher rated than DK, Chaz, and JG.

He played in the ACC on a bad team, but it's not like Chaz and DK's teams were that good either and they played in worse leagues.

Juke is everything we needed on this past years team... He's a guy that if you need a bucket he's going to go get it. Not the best shooter, but the way he can drive and attack the basket is elite. He's a perfect compliment to our shooters Hill, Ames, and Lundblade. If Barnes wants to run ISO for him like he did DK, he can!
i did, but that was before the desperation kicked in on this thread and started to really concern me about the mental health of the regulars.

Buddy, I am more concerned about the mental health of a person who actually signs up for an account on another teams message board with their email and posts on a portal thread. That goes beyond trying to even get information.

"How did Juke do against NCAA teams in the ACC?" you may ask yourself after reading a certain post.

Well, Juke scored 21 against UVA, 23 against Duke, 28 against UNC, 28 against Miami, 22 and 20 against Clemson, and 25 against Louisville. In the early season Juke was held to 19 against Michigan and Vandy. He had 26 against Texas Tech. It looks like he got stronger as the season went on.

So all told he averaged 23 ppg against tournament teams. Not coincidentally, 23 is Michael Jordan's #.
