The only reason I can think of for her to bring up Epstein stuff out of nowhere when interest is at an all-time low due to every other crazy thing going on right now is that she knows a story is coming out. She talks about accusations and fake pictures but I'm not really aware of much against her outside of one email I believe which she was talking to Ghislaine. But no one was really coming for her head at all. Keep your eyes peeled.

This Amanda Ungaro is saying she was with JE at 16 and some Melania. Threatening to post pics. Her ex is a trump friend and allegedly had her deported

Her ex is also apparently the one that started the modeling agency that signed Melania and brought her to the U.S.

Donald Trump's case against the Wall Street Journal over the Jeffrey Epstein 'birthday card' has been thrown out by a federal judge.

Trump sued the Rupert Murdoch-owned paper for $10 billion in damages after it published the letter last year, allegedly signed by the President and featuring a lewd drawing with the message: 'May every day be another wonderful secret.'

The President denied writing the letter and said the signature was not his.

Florida District Judge Darrin P. Gayles said in his order on Monday that Trump failed to show that the article was published with 'actual malice' - the legal standard for proving defamation.

To prove actual malice Trump and his team would have to show that not only is the report factually incorrect, but the outlet knew so and decided to publish regardless.

Trump's legal team has already indicated its desire to refile the suit, the New York Times reported.

I think they are getting ahead of what Ghislaine could reveal if she doesn’t get a pardon. GM has run out of appeals and has nothing to lose now. Another issue is GM wants to protect her money from being given to the victims. If the judge rules that she must compensate the victims she could go rogue and take a lot of people down. That judge is in an interesting spot.

How she is still alive is actually quite shocking.

Yep. I still don't like the fact she was sent to a minimum security work camp. I get giving her a reduced sentence for her testimony, but she should still serve it at a hell hole prison. IMO, she didn't get the work camp because of possible testimony against others but to keep her mouth shut about it

Yeah, that too. The full treatment. Getting out of that prison was a first step. Maybe the Republicans are trying to get out ahead of the midterms with it, but it doesn't matter why. There's a handful on both sides who have been clamoring for full disclosure for over a year. Even if it doesn't happen before the midterms, it will happen sometime early next year. It will be interesting to see the individual votes. I know my Trump nut hugging Congressman, will vote against it

Pardoning Ghislaine Maxwell would be the greatest way to prove to the entire world that he's a pedo. Once MAGA decided child raping was not that big a deal, I guess any crime becomes acceptable. That’s what worries me the most

This is so far beyond political lines dude. This isn’t a D or R problem. Any MAGA or lib trying to spin it into a political debate just doesn’t understand and needs to do some more research. It’s either not being informed or just lazy.

You can look back- I have hammered Trump for not being fully transparent on this. The same files were sitting on the prior administration desk. It goes beyond politics. Using terms like MAGA insinuates a certain voting bloc agrees with keeping the files hidden and that’s just not true. Once you realize the R vs D is just a facade- and it’s a power structure vs the common citizen you will truly understand what’s going on.

They were not “sitting on the prior administration’s desk”, they were sealed by a federal judge nobody had access to them. Please stop pushing this lie.

As we have seen the last couple of years, federal judges are impartial. Boasberg is a fantastic example. 🤣. And Garlands hands fell asleep by sitting on them for years.

I will go even further, Epstein was first arrested 2 decades ago and a democrat state attorney general and a republican US attorney general both let him off with a slap on the wrist.

But I digress, I encourage you to look at things without falling into the D vs R trap. A blind man can see both sides are squirming.

To fund a multimillion dollar “business” one needs bankers. Why have we not gotten a list of banks and bankers that allowed this dirtbag to function.

They ignored sars that were triggered and kept this guy in business. The administration should release this immediately.
