LOL ZERO Vols. my dude got left in the green room 🤣🤣🤣

just making more classic Vols memories out here
At least they didn't do him like Levis and kept showing him LOL but Hood probably went to enjoy the festivities and knows he'll walk the stage tomorrow

Bottom line is you win with Jimmy and Joes. Sure coaching is important, but Indiana, had 2 first round picks. When was the last time Indiana had one 1st round pick?

I just heard the Big 10 had more first rounders than the SEC . Corresponds to the Big 10 winning the last 3 nattys.

Indiana’s last first round pick was in 1994 and it was a WR named Thomas Lewis who played 3 NFL seasons and had 1000 receiving yards.

And though they Big 10 had the most first rounders, half of them went to Ohio State, who didn’t even win a playoff game with that talent 😂

But there’s definitely more talent spread throughout the country with NIL.

1st round talk more times than none is just talk. No sure things for most. I do think Hood will go in the second round. I don’t know about McCoy, I always thought it was a stretch for him to get drafted 1st round without playing for an entire season. I wish all the players well in the ongoing draft. I hope our Vols continue to grind, if you want to win championships and get to the league there aren’t any short cuts. GBO

No 1st rd picks is beyond dissapointing! Seems teams are slightly weighing down TN players. Heupel is still producing a good amount of mid rd picks, but his scheme may also may be developing a reputation among scouts that leaves them a bit hesitant. This will not bode well in bringing in high end talent if it continues. Though I do think Jim Knowels reputation will positively impact scouts view of our defensive players.

If McCoy would have returned after he was cleared and showed his knee was strong he would have probably been a first rounder. But he took care of himself and now can take a pay dip.
So he’s got a cartilage defect and may require another surgery, which makes sense as to why his knee was swelling, but you think he should’ve played anyway?

Or learning to be a winner is what makes the Jimmy’s and Joes. Cignetti’s team is more than a bunch of average Joe’s.

No guts, no glory.. Maybe the guts to glory ratio is linear?

I’m wondering if someone in McCoy’s team tried to pull one over on the NFL. If not, maybe he should peruse a lawsuit with those who gave him medical treatment and failed to identify the defect.

I believe he is saying that McCoy was cleared to play, but decided not to, which caused him to lose a lot of money.
Well if that’s what he’s saying he’s incorrect. Whatever nfl med teams saw on mris and surgical notes cost him.
If he would’ve played thru it as some fans suggested, he would have done more damage to the articular surface from what we know now.
And ftr he was cleared to get back to practice but it kept swelling and now we have the answer as to why. Your joints don’t swell for no reason. Being game ready is not the same as cleared. He was obviously never game ready with this injury info.
Sounds to me like his surgeon botched some things in surgery and recovery, maybe pushing too early with the cartilage repair done.

I agree. I strongly believe his agent or father advised him to not play last year. That sent a message to the NFL that his desire to play was in question. He lost a lot of money by sitting out for the entire year. Poor decision on their part.
