Regarding Nico/Coleman would the situations be any different if Hype was harder on the players?


Question arises due to a number of podcast and analyst calling Josh too soft.

He certainly isn't a Saban type. It's an interesting debate.

Have we ever started a true freshman to start the season? This is the first time that will have happened since I started watching football in 2010

slow times on here when we are posting softball updates... but not much to be excited about so far this year with football. IMO, as expected with the lackluster QB, WR, and Oline pickups in the portal, we will take another step back this fall... instead of rising and moving up a level with new upgraded talent to replace what we lost, as many other programs did. We can't even get one of our supposed stellar transfers to take the field...

But hey, year 6 is gonna be the year right?

hmmm, I'm excited about our receiving core. I'm excited to see our revamped defense. D line and O line are our questions. But overall, if our QBs play well, we should be able to take that step forward.

The argument for which will be our year, as with most programs, is a fluid situation. If Nico had come in and played lights out, as many expected, with that stout D, we would have been right there. And, we did make the playoffs.

So, long story short, what does 'it's our year' mean? Win the Championship?

It's not worth the words to respond. He's proven that time and time again. The fact that he questions the OL when we are returning 4 starters and added 2 transfers is something. We have a 5 star LT.
