Honestly don’t know what it is but this pitching coach just doesn’t have the feel frank had!…frank knew when to pull and he also knew when a mound visit was needed..he was just very in tune with his players mechanics.only time I ever seen him mess up is when he brought rocker in that cost us a world series run..i didn’t like bringing a freshman in there under those circumstances..beyond that dude was a guru.

I love Tony V but he really screwed us.

I know it’s kind of silly and there’s easy ways around it, but it’s the nature of the bidness now. Most teams will not air their spring game now.

God has a way of putting things in front of you at just the right time. My wife is in her early 40s and has been hit with rapid heartrate and high blood pressure issues the last couple of weeks. She's had an ambulance ride to the ER, two visits to the cardiologist (wearing a monitor for a month), and a full work-up from her primary care physician this week. It has really interrupted our lives and her work and still no solid answers yet. This conversation about heart issues has definitely given me some additional ideas to share with her. Glad to he a part of this great community.

Always confer with her doctor, but I was having similar issues in my late 20’s to early 30’s. Come to find out that excessive caffeine intake was my issue. Might not be that simple, but quitting caffeine did the trick for me.
