Charges Dropped against three arrested during No Kings protest

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Charges have been dropped against three men arrested nearly three weeks ago during the No Kings protest in downtown Memphis.

Reuben Burch, Adam Nelson, and David Rahaim were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting detention, and obstructing a highway. Burch was also charged with resisting official attention.

During a hearing on Wednesday, the DA’s office said it was no longer pursuing criminal charges and that there would be no court costs in the case.
