'10 FL CB Cody Riggs

I think we(Gators) get Riggs in the end.

Maybe, but UT has been moving up his list despite the fact that he has never visited UT. Plus, he will see UT play twice on official visits (once at UT against UCLA as well as the UT-UF game in Gainesville). His brother also played at UT.

Him witnessing the massacre that'll ensue Sep. 19th will in no way help UT's chances.(the season starts tonight, the smack talk begins. :p)

Riggs has been here many times while watching his brother.

Riggs should know that UF has already signed the top2 safties and will be beastly as u can get in the secondary. Our secondary should be special to but if I could play for Monte or Strong, NO BRAINER!

Riggs isn't a safety though...

I think the Florida High School players watching the BUC's on TV down here over the years when Monte was the Defensive Coordinator is a big plus for the VOLS. Monte has a great reputation.(the Buc's season ticket holders were in shock when Monte made the announcement) To stay in one organization for that period of time shows dedication and a great amount of success. As soon as Monte signed on with Lane it was talk of the town. Then the rest of the successful coaching staff was hired (along with Gran who is very familiar with the south Florida schools was huge). My guess is Cody would really like to coached by Monte. Monte has the track record in the NFL.
Then again, what defensive player wouldn't!

Um.... Our defense isn't half bad, and we have pretty stout reputation for putting players in the NFL. This season we'll have about 5+ players be drafted to the league.

Eric Berry
Rico

Those are the only two I can think of who will for sure be drafted.

Edit: Nevermind, your D. Forgot you were a Florida fan.

Sounds like a Gators fan's dream...

It's common knowledge that we're currently in the lead. Now you may end up getting him in the end, which I doubt, but my assumption that he'll end a Gator is far from a "dream" given what's taken place so far.

Sorry, you missed the intent.

I posted that "getting him in the end" is a Gator fan's dream.

This doesn't mean getting him to play at UF.

The Tennessee fans showed up yesterday, it was the WKU fans that didn't buy any tickets.

Brandon Willis, T.J. Leifheit, and Michael Palardy will also be here. I'm sure there will be more...

There are only like 101,000 seats now. We had more people at the game than I actually thought would be there. Alot of people I talked to are saving their money for the UCLA game next Saturday...

The stadium looked great on TV. There were a few seats empty at the top of the South end zone. But yeah, Neyland will be rockin next Saturday.
