Because they passed a law saying Trump needed to release all the files in December. They had to because Trump wouldn't do it and called it a Democrat hoax

I understand. But, prior to that was there a law that said Biden could not release the files? He held the files for 4 years and was following the law by not releasing the files? Woodsy specifically said Biden was following the law by not releasing the files. So....if that is true, then Trump was following same said law? But, because it's hate Trump territory a new law is passed to force his hand? Why the duality to pass a law to force Trump's hand but Biden sitting on them was okie dokie and he was following the law? Makes no sense whatsoever. It's Trump so change the law? I just merely called BS on his statement and it has nothing to do with his canned response of MAGA and Pedo.

Yeah let's make Trump out to be the victim in this. Definitely the right way to play it

Trump admin talked about releasing them and paraded a bunch of influencers around with binders while Bondi claimed the list was on her desk. Don't flaunt it if you can't deliver

I would have no issues casting a vote for Massie, or crossing lines to vote Fetterman. Massie could likely get my Rubio vote. The Veep was never gonna get my vote, but I think he's toast now anyway for POTUS dreams. Trump will have to eventually choose between Vance and Rubio to back and whoever he ditches is the one to vote for.

I'm not making him a victim. I'm just calling BS on the specific statement Woodsy made that Biden was following the law? So, that by default would make Trump following the law? Yes or No? So, they changed the law. Or made one up where none existed. It's 100% hate trump and everyone knows it. Biden had every opportunity to put it to bed and he didn't. They sat on it until Trump got into office so they could turn tables on him and make it about Trump. Total party line politics. If the Libs were so vested in the victims, they would have put politics aside, released the files when Biden had the opportunity to do the right thing, and let the dominoes fall where they may. The reason that didn't happen is how many of their own would have fallen and been sacrificed to just one trump. The files saga has never been about right or wrong. Trump is no better about the files than Biden was, but don't act like Biden did the right thing.

Your second sentence is a separate discussion, and they fumbled greatly on that parade. Bondi had the opportunity to run the DOJ independently as she should have had the nads to do. She had the smarts and the experience. She fumbled. In that office, I would have considered it an honor to be fired for being a non-partisan DOJ headmaster.

You're totally making him the victim. You keep asking why did he need to do it when Biden didn't. Answer: because it's the right thing to do unless you're protecting your friends. Quit making the release about a politician and make it about the victims and prosecuting their abusers. Also ask why Trump isn't interested in doing that. He's the current POTUS not Biden

I am 100% on the victim train. But, if I need to ask why Trump isn't interested in that, I need you to back up and ask why Biden and the lib pack were not also interested in victims. They had it longest. Why did they not have interest in victims. This should not be an issue that got passed to this Admin if doing the right thing was of interest to anyone.

Now, all that being what it is, it actually does rest in Trumps lap now because Biden did not do the rigt thing. He 100% should quit effing around and just do for the victims and do the right thing.

No argument there from me. And since he passed it off on Biden, Biden should have immediately done it himself and let the chips fall. And since Biden handed it right back, Trump should end it once and for all.

Unless your really dumb and illiterate, I spell out quite plainly in the post you are directly replying to he's wrong for not doing the right thing and needs to quit effing around and do it. I'm calling BS on the fact that you guys only fault Trump and not Biden for the exact same indifference. I specifically stated that Biden was wrong for not doing the right thing, and also stated that becuase he is now POTUS and the buck got passed to him, it's now Trump's duty and he should do it.

Whether or not Biden said he would or would not release the files is 100% irrelevant. What would your cry be if Trump had made no indication he would? Would that make him not wrong if he didn't say he'd release the files? Saying you will or won't does not absolve right or wrong. But, atleast you finally came around to admitting they both suck.

I'm kinda undecided on that. If they have already sued and settled, can they not be protected while also exposing the actions of the accused? It's a taxpayer supported federal work place, not a play ground. Maybe there's not enough info to make a personal call. Kinda same arena as the epstein files. Are you protecting the actions of colleagues by not voting for it?

Technically Obama could have passed the exact same law that was recently signed... But there was no push for it... Trump has always been held to a different standard then previous POTUS.

I actually agree with AOC's take as I am a bit conflicted.

On the surface it seems like corruption and protecting their own, but the list includes ANY allegation of sexual harassment or rape even if unfounded or completely made up.

This is the problem with the Epstein files is we have a few mentally ill people saying all kinds of easily provable lies and it's being held up in politics and media as dead truth
