When I lived in SF a few of us went to my favorite neighborhood Italian spot. The kind of place where they know you.

This was truffle season. A couple next to us ordered truffles, it was expensive as hell. As they were shaving the truffles they got in a fight. They paid their bill and left.

Our jaws dropped and then we were all salivating.

Stiegler’s on the West Bank in Jackson WY was one of the all time great burgers. Drank a lot of pear brandy there with the staff then stumbled 100 yards to my condo.

Had a great time the week I spent in Jackson. Had a Moose Drool for the first time. Rode horses to the crest of a ridge line in the Snake River Range. Mule ears were in bloom. Tetons were awesome.
