Bring back Kennedy Chandler from the G League

Oh that great G league. It doesn’t seem to be helping bama one bit. I think it’s hilarious they can’t seem to win a game with their great G league guy. I wish continued loses and distractions on that group of cheaters. No thanks to the G league help, they wanted to enter the great G league let them stay there. GBO

No spots on this season's roster to do any roster movement.

Barnes isn't going to play this G League game nonsense.

That said, it will be interesting to see if he fills the roster out every year or if he keeps a spot open going forward.

If everyone starts doing it then i say ok. but for now only a few teams have done it and it just seems like cheating. But like i said if it becomes a rule then im all for it.

Yep, saw Barnes on TV and he said in his mind when a college player signs to leaves college and enter the draft, that's the end of his eligibility.

A lot of Euro players get paid and some start as young as 16 and mostly their pay covers their room board and some essential miscellaneous. I guess some of the older Euro's top tier leagues get paid more between 60K & 500K a season from what i understand (probably the pay Fulky is getting between 60K-500K.). So I guess Barnes thinks entering college and playing and then forgoing your college to enter the draft is the end for him whether you're an American college student or a college age Euro, enter the draft and in his mind you're done.. So he would take young Euro players that had been paid but had never been to college and never entered the NBA draft e.g. Santi Vescovi or Pons etc...

Splitting hairs NCAA ”had” rules prohibiting play after you hired an agent. College Power 4 leagues might as well set up their own ruling administration. They have already corrupted the original intent of amateur athletics.

Had Chandler stayed a second year at Tennessee he would have been a first round pick, had he stayed at Tennessee a third season, he would still be in the NBA

No doubt about it. He’s probably never getting out of the G LEAGUE but his run when we lost to that scrub Dickinson when he was at Michigan and decided to hit like 40 3’s for the first time in his life was suck.

Chandler should have stayed. It would be mutually beneficial. We need an elite PG. and Kennedy could use a fat NIL payday.

Somebody send up the signal to Kennedy Chandler.

We need a PG. Chandler on this team is a final four team.

Burg played 2 seasons in the Israeli Basketball Super League. Not professional basketball. Not even close to the same thing
I don't think anyone claims that ISBL is on the same level as the G League, but to say ISBL is not professional basketball is simply false.

Kennedy’s issue was always his size. That wasn’t changing. He may have gotten more NIL money if he stayed, but he signed a deal with the Grizzlies that guaranteed him $4.9 million. Staying at UT would not have guaranteed anything more.
