JVD was playing ahead of Brame (who was more highly recruited) a lot last year. He's the better blocker. And is more along physically. We're already light at TE. We can't afford to lose him. This staff let Jakobe Thomas go last year despite him being our best safety the year prior despite limited playing time and having no one to replace him.

Stop letting potential stars walk away because you're too dumb to evaluate your roster properly.
