Eat right, Run..bike..work out..swim..yoga..and die anyway. What’s your health and workout plan

60 min Orange Theory yesterday. It was run to row on the tread. .6 miles on the tread then 200 meter all out row. Ended up getting just over 3 miles in that way on the tread. Those run to row classes are tough. Even tougher when you have been sick and haven't been to class in over two weeks.

5k on the tread this morning.
I need to get back into rowing. I bought mine because I remembered how it made me feel like I was gonna throw up at CrossFit. 😂

Do you like the Concept 2? How accurate is it with distance? That's my problem with mine. It doesn't matter how easy or how hard I row this distance is the same. Every stroke is 10 meters.
I love it. I haven't played a lot with the different workouts on it, but it seems accurate. It's the gym version of a rower.

I really do need to start rowing again. Matter of fact, I said that to hubby this weekend. Now you bring up rowing. It's a sign!
 
Ha! I hit 60 in July. Wife turned 60 last September…. I teased her for a few days and she said “that’s enough” I stopped 😁
The Ginger woman and I are both 56. Birthdays a month and a half apart. Our joke is “I’m almost 70” every time we forget something or trip/stumble
