I made some keto cookie dough fat bombs over Thanksgiving to assuage the craving for desserts. Cream cheese, butter, almond flour, swerve, vanilla, salt, and Lilly's dark chocolate chips. They are delicious.I have a sweet tooth so I had to find something to keep that somewhat in check so I started making vanilla greek yogurt and mixing it with PB powder, honey and some chocolate protein granola
Probably the best thing you can buy used! Takes two seconds to see if it’s used or not.Our new treadmill is such an improvement over the old one. It's still super smooth and quiet at inclines of 10-12, great for weighted climbs.
There are really good deals on lightly used ones to be found, no doubt. I paid $500 and it's around $3,000 new.

My Nordictrac I bought in 2008 is still going strong. Hubby has replaced the control board once, and had it rebuilt once. Mechanically it is still great. Our new treadmill is such an improvement over the old one. It's still super smooth and quiet at inclines of 10-12, great for weighted climbs.

I used to ride when I lived in Tennessee, 9-11 miles every day before work, then lift in the evening.View attachment 796280
When your knees and/or hips just can’t take it anymore
We had an old Nordictrac and I'm 95% certain the board was bad. It was going to be $350 for a new board without any guarantee that would fix it, and the deck had gotten pretty noisy. When I found this gently used Spirit right down the road on FB marketplace, it was an easy decision. My Nordictrac I bought in 2008 is still going strong.
