It seems like the more time with the team, the better. I think bowl games have become more of a preview of Next year's team, than a culmination of this season. A lot of opt outs, etc. Would be nice to have the staff in place. . . unless our next DC is still coaching in the playoffs

I’m saying you have to allot time to find a new DC. With holidays coming up and bowl practice starting, there’s not a lot of time to find a new DC

I don’t think Banks is going anywhere. He’s the DC next season, IMO.

I think it's a lot closer of a call than some people think. It seems obvious to some that he needs fired, but there are some things in his favor. The youth, the injuries, the fact he has fielded a decent unit recently.

I just don't think you can retain him with what we saw on the field, the effort, the out of position players, the bad defensive calls, the poor adjustments. He's not a good in-game DC.

Not accepting a bowl game is absolutely stupid. It is free practice for the team that you don’t get if you’re not bowl bound.
