If Bama makes the CFP

But a 10-2 SEC team with a stronger strength of record, much stronger SOS will not make it over a 10-2 team that couldn't make the championship game in a conference won by 7-5 team...

This is literally a lie. Bama at 10-2 had the best regular season win of the season beating Georgia at Georgia. They also beat Vandy. Vandy is 10-2 with no bad losses (Bama has one) and zero good wins.

Vandy at 10-2 isn’t even better than Texas at 9-3.

10-2 Miami beat 10-2 Notre Dame. Miami’s win over Notre Dame is better than anything Vandy has won.

The committee got it right. All is well in the land of college football

No, its not. Which is a lie?

Vandy missed the playoff.
Vandy went 10-2
Vandy had much stronger SOS than Miami
Vandy had a stronger SOR than Miami

Miami made the playoff
Miami went 10-2
Miami didnt make conference champ game
A 7-5 win team won the ACC.

I never expected Miami to displace ND since neither played yesterday. That's all due to Duke. I think if UVa wins, ND is in and Miami is out. The ACC commissioner worked the committee hard.
I agree with this.
It’s entirely due to the placement of Alabama.

If Alabama dropped a space lower, you would have seen Notre Dame in and Miami out.

But since Alabama stayed above those two, it came down to Notre Dame and Miami being next to each other with the exact same final records…and the two played this season, with Miami beating Notre Dame.
