We had 2 common opponents. We won by a combined 22 pts. They won by a combined 106 pts.

ND’s undoing is its SOS and not playing in a conference. You can’t get by playing service academies and a few ACC teams.

ND needs to either go all in on its partnership with the ACC and join the conference or knock on the door of The Big 10.

I’d love to hear their logic

probably me but I wasn’t advocating for Bankd but stating that he wasn’t that bad the previous 3 years. This year is obviously a fireable year but his defenses were better than DJ Durkins and Blake Bakers 3 of the past four seasons. What do our fans expect from a new DC. I think a big problem is lack of talent at certain positions. Who is the responsible people for those deficiencies. Nobody wanted to play though.

Bama getting the 9 seed pretty much shows that their crap performance didn't hurt them at all in their seeding.

Similar to how dumb it was to have the top 4 spots gtd to conference champs and us having to travel to OSU as the #7 team last year.

Luckily they fixed some things, but not all. Still have 5 conference champs gtd spots.

it will never be fixed correctly.
