Either the outcome of the conference championships should matter or they need to do away with them. Can’t just use them to award a bump up for the winner but not penalize the loser, especially if they get spanked like a scalded elephant.

I'd be fine with doing away with them. Especially with the 9 game schedule coming.

If we keep banks I could genuinely see us losing to:

Auburn
Texas
Lsu
A&m
Maybe even vandy and tech

And if that happens, Heup’s seat gets very warm, which I’d hate. I want to keep him for the long haul. There’s a lot of us that have been supervisors, managers or whatever. I might like a person, but if they put me in a position to get fired for their sloppy work, then I’ll cut them loose and have many times over the years. It’s not pleasant, but sometimes necessary.

Mike Bobo and Stockton both are trash. Bobo calls more screens in 1 half than Heup calls in 2 games. Ga has 2 plays and Banks made both look all world. With a decent DC Tn wins by 21

Bobo works Banks over every time. That doesn't dispute what you're saying. I just wanted the oppot to run Tim Banks down again.
