That’s the difference and that embarrassing
Just spot each team we play 35 and see if we can score more

I guess Alabama or Florida weren’t good teams. We held Alabama to its second lowest output (didn’t count bowl) as they scored 34+ on three ranked teams. We held Florida to its lowest output with a couple of other teams. We held Vandy to 23 (one score was a kickoff return and one was a Sampson fumble inside the redzone) and 212 total yards. They scored 27+ against Mizzou and Bama. Georgia scored more against 7 other teams than they did us. It was 17-17 at half, and our offense had 3 punts and a fumble in the second half. Have to break this stuff down. It really does come down to complimentary football, and we have trouble with that.

Agree with your points but it gets lost with all the 3rd and 100 that UT gives up.

On the home games, the UT defense took the noise out of the crowd more than anything the opposing offense ever did.

It takes talent and money to build depth. It’s well known this staff got lazy with the portal and recruiting last year. They have made up for that this year and I think they hit the portal hard too. Always have to pay for talent and build depth.

So what’s that got to do with how good they are? There not in the SEC so …..

Basically Ohio st .

Play one or 2 good teams all year, beat everyone by 3-4 touchdowns except for 1 game that they might even lose, yet dominate every team they play in the playoffs.

Just because you’re in a weak conference with a weak schedule doesn’t mean you’re not really good.

There has been four ranked teams that have scored over 30 against us between 2022-2024…. Georgia, Bama, Ohio state, and SC.Besudes the embarrassing SC loss… the other three teams have a huge talent advantage over us.
