That's quite the story you're spinning. The history of Texas and Oklahoma football that make them "two of the most successful programs in history of college football" mostly occurred in a conference other than The Big 12.

Also, any coach or program hanging its hat on their success in the 2020 covid fiasco season must not have a lot of high level success to speak about.

Have no idea how paragraph one is relevant to anything that we were discussing. OU and Iowa State have been in the same conference for many, many years. But Matt Campbell coached in a conference with both Texas and OU, still two of the most successful in football history.

Yep. These young people see NIL as the wild west. They think this is awesome and so much better than all the handshake money we got before. They can keep shaking hands with as many people as possible but ultimately do whatever they want and keep the money from every handshake.

I am not leaving, but I can only handle so much of the negativity that has become prevalent on here when things don't go 100% right. Even with the great class we signed on Wednesday, the conversation has been dominated by the idea of losing a player that we didn't think we were getting in the first place. Yes. As mad as Arkansas was at Nico's little brother, they still stopped short of taking him to court. What Georgia is doing here is kind of breaking a seal. This goes way beyond getting what you paid back. This is punishment. I would add to remember this... The player himself doesn't have antitrust protection, he is operating in a system of government over reach. That's how I see it anyway.
