Still remember the Krystals for a Quarter commercials when in college. Helped keep the costs down even though the food didn't always stay down.Back when young, foolish and broke, my buddies and I would hit Krystal's and get a dozen of those small square jewels and dive in. The first 6 really hit the spot. After the next 6, the spot hit back....and kept hitting the rest of the night.
I grew when all Krystal sold were original burger, fries and chili. At the Krystal on Clinton Hwy you could watch them cook them right in front of you. Always hot and fresh. Was the krystals & fries cold or hot? There is no in between with Krystals
I genuinely wonder who can make Penn St that good..dude Penn State got so lucky with how this ended up playing out
I'm still not sure that Matt Campbell is an upgrade over Franklin, they're probably in the same tier IMO. Both good program builders that can take a small program to new heights or take a mid-tier program to 10 wins.
Don't know if someone like Campbell will take Penn State from a 10-win ceiling to 11+ wins and conference championships.
However, considering where the search was heading, they got bailed out. I don't know what they would have done if they didn't get Campbell.
RIP, @knoxvol52 ‘s cornhole.
I can see the reasoning behind this. Franklin just couldn't win the big games (i.e. Michigan and Ohio State). Also interested in seeing Campbell with those resources.Penn State where you fire a coach who is 104-45 with 6 10 win seasons for starting a season 3-3 after making the CFPs to hire a HC that's 107-70 and has only won 10 games in one season of his 15 doing it.
I am interested in seeing how much better Campbell can be with real support behind him though.

I remember Kiffin said something like at LSU, the entire state is aligned just like Alabama. I think bowlcut said the same thing about Georgia….I think your point is valid. I think the “market” will adjust…If you cap it we just return to before with under the table payments that give certain schools more advantages (and unfair policing/punishment). At least this way its all out in the open.
