I am in a glass case of emotion today.

According to Hubbs yesterday, he has to hit the porthole. Unless we cut him loose.
You’re working with old (also fabricated) information. OSU fans took advantage of our cannibalistic nature. None of this happened. It’s like everyone decided to forget that initially Wednesday he was going to delay signing til Friday, then signed 2 hours later. His mom “forcing” him to sign makes no sense.

Or forget that AP said we’ve been on him for weeks to flip back, so it wasn’t a huge shock. OSU just lost their best recruiter/assistant coach, and now 2 stud players from their class. I’d be bitter too

My opinion on bey:

Our own fanbase pushed this narrative. All Osu fans had to do was plant the seed of negativity.

Stop peddling every twitter post on the internet and heck we might just actually have some drama-free success for once.

Or heupel and the coaches have no idea what went down. This I doubt.

The Legend deal would be less than favorable if true. Just bc we miss that type of dynamic speed and athleticism.

Ive said since last porthole. We have to have am aggressive porthole plan this year. And that may require a return specialist/WR now. Just having that dude in the room.

I will be very dissappoint and not a like if we dont.

Now that is what frustrates me about life in general, especially with polarization in politics. There is no middle ground. As for our coaching staff, we have 5 years of information to draw some conclusions. One conclusion I would make is that our defense has been too inconcistent and often allows too many points. That does make me suspect about Banks in that he leads the defense. I would say the same thing about our offense but I like the changes that happened going in to this year. Offense was horrific with Milton and then Nico last year. But, the tweaks worked in terms of upping production.

Long story short, I do feel that coaching changes are warranted after a dissapointing year and the ups and downs over the five years. Now go get Wilcox for D coordinator. 😅
I don't think you can paint this with a general broad brush. For instance it incorrect to say that Tim Bank's defense gives up too many points. This year that would be true but not so for two previous years.
The thing I think too the average ignorant to semi-literate philosophy that sets out to do is keep the ball in front of you and hunting turnovers. This bend don't break philosophy is going to yield yards if the offense consistently hits the unders. Operates on the premise teams will not be patient enough to settle for dinks and dunks and they will takes into coverages yielding opportunities for turnovers It is the same defense as previous years. Last's team looked like an attacking defense because we could bring tremendous press while consistently only rushing four.

He had one year that he was decent. It was when he was 10 deep in the D line with really good players. I pulled the stats the other day and his defense in about every category was equivalent with his year one. The guy is not a good D coordinator. If Josh keeps him, he will be the reason he fails here. Good thing is the scuttlebutt seems to indicate he's not happy with him and the indication is he won't be here next year.
Bank is a good dc. Who would realistically get that is a lot better. I think the problem is that you want not a good dc but an elite dc. They don't grow on trees. It's not like we fire Banks and bring in Jim Knowles.

Why not?? In case you have not been keeping up, he’s actually available.

True. Legs, back, followed by chest. Shoulders and arms get worked when you work those big 3. And your recovery from the big 3 burns more calories than recovery from the smaller groups (shoulders and arms).
That's an interesting thought. I've never once thought about muscle recovery burning calories. What's the science on that?

There are plenty of teams that had DCs that didn't finish last or close to last in every meaningful statistical category in their conference. Tim Banks is a pathetic defensive coordinator. If he's so good, we'll see him take another job this year because I'm confident that Josh would like to upgrade. I guess we will see.
