I just can't see this dude letting his mom or brother make him sign paperwork that he didn't want to sign. That's actually crazy. Even in his tweet, standing his ground saying, "I'm not going where my family wants me..."

He's got that type of attitude...

So, I can't see him giving in and signing to TN if he didn't want to.

The fact that he's deleted his TN post, makes me think....well, maybe so?

You would think he would make a video and clear this up though. If he indeed doesn't want to be here, we should and would let him go. He would kill it here and looks a lot better in orange. Jmo.

The longer he drags this out, it's going to look bad on his character. He needs to clearly set the record straight, either way.

Staff is on kid early in high school. He commits. Months pass. More offers roll in. Kid flips to OSU for 3 weeks. Surges up player rankings.

Early Signing Day. Kid is dressed in full OSU gear. OSU signs all over his table. Pics with friends and teachers. MORNING OF, (one of) his position coach leaves for USF job. Doesn't sign with OSU as expected. Reporter confusion for both teams. AFTERNOON, flips back to Vols. Vagueness from reporters and fans. Rumor was he wanted OSU, family wanted UT. Apparently signs with UT. Day ends.

TODAY, weird post on his twitter + instagram. Says he's being kept from posting for not following family wishes. Claims not to have signed anywhere yet. Posts weird AI art of him with OSU coaches in OSU uniform. Deletes both posts quickly. Deletes all UT pictures from profiles. Fans confused. Reporters start spinning.

And now we're here.

He should be let go immediately and we never should have took the Letter of Intent. His mom forced this and it was obvious. The kid was decked in Red and White and had the OSU table at signing day. This was weird from the moment we saw the change.

Yeah just let the kid go. Messy situation and if his heart is elsewhere he will practice and play like it. Just have good dialogue with him and put that money into the portal for areas of more immediate need. GBO.
