u workout every body part when u go to da gym? like circuit training?

depends on the week. sometimes I do 1 group of 3 and target each one with 3 exersises or sometimes I do a circut and try to hit each muscle group with 2 exersises of lighter reps(do it fast and make it kinda like a cardio workout combined)
