I like Sitake and PSU is a great opportunity for him. I would compare him to Josh Heupel, as far as this coaching search went, fans demanding a big name and getting someone most of them have to Google. I think he's a pretty good coach and he'll do good at Happy Valley..... if he's the hire.

I’m pretty sure he was the first to mention Keslings retirement and Mike Keith to replace. Also called the change to Adidas before anyone if I remember correctly. There have been others but he has trolled too.

It seems he does have some connections but who knows about this latest statement.

Heupel would kill it at PSU. Playoffs virtually every year. Not to be trashed by this board but nationally PSU would be viewed as a step up from Tennessee. Much easier path to playoffs. Indiana is your proof.

Sitake is a good coach. Players love him and his BYU teams are always incredibly tough and well-coached.

Have a hard time believing Penn St would want CJH

I don’t. He’s a very attractive coach in terms of what he’s done here and his ability to get strong offensive numbers, something Penn State wasn’t having under Franklin. Heupel is a great coach, people are just blinded by how the season ended. We better hope to the good lord above the rumblings about him to Penn State aren’t true. That would destroy the positive trend this program is currently in.
