Get rid of Tim Banks. Doesn’t matter what anyone thinks of position coaches on D you have to let new DC decide whether or not to bring his own guys.

I’d like to see us make a run at Weis, the Ole Miss OC, if Kiffin goes to LSU. Though I imagine he’ll just follow him to LSU. If not him then give me Chip Kelly or one of Indiana's OCs. Maybe even get Golesh’s OC. Whatever.

On the defensive side of the ball, make Wilcox say no. Then go for Muschamp, Zach Arnett, or Indiana’s DC. I don’t know, just get rid of Banks and hire a vagrant, I doubt he’d do any worse.
