lol the mistake I was referencing was forfeiting your chance to take a top 25 job and compete for national titles. Campbell was good enough, but missed his window to leverage success at a lower tier school to vault into a top tier school where he might win it all.

It wasn't a knock on Campbell's coaching ability, but his decision to stay at a lower tier school and give up the chance to win it all.

My immediate thought was, "Isn't that illegal?" and then it was, "That's definitely illegal." I'm sure it happens anyway.

I wouldn't describe Boo's issues a brain injury, more of a genetic defect passed on his mom's side.

That's one I have no read on! I don't know honestly. I would love to know who all has told them no to see where they might be on their list. Of course they don't want that to be public which is why I think there's so much silence around the search. Maybe it is Kiffin but that never made any sort of logical sense to me.

According to the details of his contract with LSU. He has to actively pursue head coaching opportunities to keep getting payments from LSU which will be paid over 6 years. He must provide LSU written documentation on all interviews. They're doing everything they can to hold his feet to the fire with this buyout.

Any money he makes from another team will reduce the LSU payments

You have to understand that a lot of these fans may be trolls just trying to stir up sh*t on this board. I would hope that's the case

I think Florida put out that they are moving on from Kiffin because they want to get ahead of LSU in re: Sumrall in case Kiffin stays at Ole Miss. If Kiffin goes to LSU both Matt Moscona and Blake Ruffino say Ole Miss will go after Sumrall and they’ve heard Sumrall is waiting because he would rather go there than Auburn or Florida.
