I wholeheartedly agree. Everyone should have a base salary under $10M. If you win a conference championship, make the CFP, and each additional CFP victory should all be incentive based.

I’m sure Florida and LSU have already made “pseudo-offers” in the event they don’t land Kiffin. Heupel will be highly sought after in the coming years as long as we keep winning. Comes with the territory of having great athletic programs. Everyone wanted Tony. UCLA wanted Barnes. Everyone wants what you have.

Here comes the Homerism out of me... Where else can CJH have the roster and top notch incoming Freshmen coming in ? Name 1 team that has this? Florida? Probably not at this moment. LSU ? They may be closer roster talent but it's still a rebuild....

Out of the 3 at this moment Tennessee is the better job.
