HAPPY THANKSGIVING VOL FAMILY !!!

I like @Hairy Vols idea, so here are mine.

Vols moment this year - I'm thankful the drama at QB played out and we ended up with Joey Aguilar.

Personal moment - after going through 2 surgeries and 3 hospital stays in the first half of the year, I'm grateful for good health and being able to send these good wishes out today.

Grateful for each and every one of you all - hug your Momma and Daddy - and have the best of days...GO VOLS !!!

Vol Nation, as we head into this weekend, I just want to say how thankful we are for the great state of Tennessee and the University of Tennessee. This place, these people, and this program mean more than just football — it’s family, it’s pride, and it’s home.

Grateful for the memories, the passion, and the support that makes Saturdays in Knoxville unlike anything else.

Now let’s finish this regular season the right way… Beat Vandy!

90% of people will choose 2022 bama game? 😂😁😁 nothing wrong with that though GBO
I bet we might get some about the 1986 Sugar Bowl as well. But a cool moment for me about that game came about a week after. My Uncle, sister; and wife were writing me updates about every game while I was in basic and I’ll never forget when I got the letter from them all about us upsetting Bama. I could feel their excitement through the letters. I was having a rough week missing everyone and those letters came right in time. I still have those letters. Felt very fortunate to have my family keeping me updated with those moments and remembering me while I was gone.

THANK YOU for your service !!!
People forget that during the 8 to 12 weeks of basic training that service men and women are pretty much cut off from the outside world.

Even after training, being away from family and friends is hard.

Was even more so back in the 70s and 80s when broadcast options were very limited...Army kid from 74 to 88.
