What incentive could he possibly have to do that if by Friday we are all going to know where he's coaching next year? I don't know why you think it's equally possible he's lying to a kid he appears to want to coach next year.

The kid can't sign anywhere before next Saturday anyway. You seem to think Lane would NEVER just tell the kid, "Hey, I'm the head coach at LSU now. Come over to LSU with me." His history says VERY MUCH otherwise.

The real question is if Lane isn't telling Ole Miss' AD what he's doing yet, why the hell do you think he would trust an 18 year-old kid with that info?

We just beat Houston who is consistently a final 4 team. Enjoy the win, brother. Ride the highs and don’t let if’s and but’s bring you down.

Because I am a Tennessee fan I have to want Vandy to suck, as opposed to accepting the reality they do not? Otherwise I'm a Vandy fan? I have family members who are Vandy fans. I just have better perspective than you do.

Jalen Carey is one of the missing pieces

haven’t had a guy like him since maybe Williams - just a big body you can dump it down to for a quick two points. Not quite the player Williams was, but definitely a force teams have to reckon with
