He Graduated from the Haslam supply chain In May. Decided to take a job with Pepsi after interning with them the previous summer. A friend of my wife’s husband retired from Pepsi as a Sr Vp of Supply chain and we didn’t know he had worked there until he found out our son Interned there. He told him to start in the field and learn everything about the supply chain before going to office. He told him if he knew the field he could move up instead of those that go straight to office who are held back because they don’t know what the field is really like.

He took a campus hire rotation in a very old plant. He is learning every day because there is always something going wrong with equipment that is older than I am.

But people in Kansas for the most part all very nice and good people and he enjoys those he works with.
