Happy Tuesday

November 25, 2025: To those who tend to worry, be aware that it does not do any good. It is okay to ruminate or ponder possible outcomes, but stewing is detrimental to your health and well being. Come into a place of peace by knowing that the Lord can do what you cannot. Bring your issues to God in prayer and believe that He will show you the way to victory. Philippians 4:6-7 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

I really am glad that men are starting to understand what therapy and counseling can do for you. It's not admitting you're weak or that you have a problem, it's speaking to a professional who has spent years researching and studying how the mind works.

Before therapy I was completely lost. Booze, drugs, eating like ****, looking like **** etc. Since starting therapy about 16 months ago I have lost 60 lbs, got a new job, quit drinking, got engaged and went back to UT (online) where I have a semester GPA of 3.8. Maybe I'm lucky and I just got a good one, but this lady has helped me completely turn my life around.

Don't be afraid of asking for help, gentlemen. It might save your life.
Good on you StepfordVol.

(But really. Congrats. May the Lord bless your journey!)

Crazy to think of the decade(s) of dominance Florida would have had if Nick Saban decided to not return to college coaching. Urban was on top. They won in 2016-2017. Saban ended them in 2018, and the slide began for them. Their ego's caused them to fire Mullen. Now they are in a position to break every bank and rule to align with the Devil. All for the sake of holding onto their dignity. To win at all costs. LSU is in the same position. Minus 1 Burrow magical season they have a similar history to Florida (although not as bad since 2017). Both play second fiddle to Bama and Georgia. Now both have fallen to 3rd fiddle behind Tennessee, A&M, and Ole Miss. Their fanbases will not allow this and in order for any AD to keep their job they will make very poor financial decisions that could have long term impact on their universities, fans, and the rest of the SEC.

Make no mistake. This doesn't stop with who gets Kiffin. Whoever loses that sweepstake will go after Heupel. They can win by improving their program and hurting their rival. They will overpay to avoid rock bottom. The bigger the contracts, the worse it gets for most fans and affordability. It's really sad.

Just read an article where Pate said on social media he knows where Kiffin is going and all he can say is “Wow!” I’m calling it: Penn State. It’s been too quiet on that front and they absolutely have the resources and boosters to pull it off. Plus, compared to SEC scheduling, that’s a much easier path to the playoffs.

But I still would love to see LSU or Florida overpay for a coach only to fire him within 5 years!
I heard pate himself say on the radio anyone in the business would know that he was joking and was absolutely not trying to break a story.
