I really am glad that men are starting to understand what therapy and counseling can do for you. It's not admitting you're weak or that you have a problem, it's speaking to a professional who has spent years researching and studying how the mind works.

Before therapy I was completely lost. Booze, drugs, eating like ****, looking like **** etc. Since starting therapy about 16 months ago I have lost 60 lbs, got a new job, quit drinking, got engaged and went back to UT (online) where I have a semester GPA of 3.8. Maybe I'm lucky and I just got a good one, but this lady has helped me completely turn my life around.

Don't be afraid of asking for help, gentlemen. It might save your life.

Saved my life. If anyone ever needs to talk I'm here. It's never has bad as it seems. Even when it seems really, really bad.

Florida mentally checked out on that game when that big play got called back when they were only down 7-0. They never got back into it. Seen many past Tennessee teams react in a similar fashion.
