He was head coach at UCLA before voluntarily stepping down to become Ohio State's OC. Are we sure he even wants to be a HC?

I really am glad that men are starting to understand what therapy and counseling can do for you. It's not admitting you're weak or that you have a problem, it's speaking to a professional who has spent years researching and studying how the mind works.

Before therapy I was completely lost. Booze, drugs, eating like ****, looking like **** etc. Since starting therapy about 16 months ago I have lost 60 lbs, got a new job, quit drinking, got engaged and went back to UT (online) where I have a semester GPA of 3.8. Maybe I'm lucky and I just got a good one, but this lady has helped me completely turn my life around.

Don't be afraid of asking for help, gentlemen. It might save your life.

Or béchamel, one of the mother sauces. That and lemon juice and zest will take into a whole new level. Light on both just like cinnamon when you’re doing chili. No, nowhere like Cincinnati chili. Gosh no, we’re not barbarians. You just do enough that you know something is in there different and no one can tell what it is and it adds another depth, If you simmer chili for awhile (as any good southern does). Sorta like dark chocolate added. I lied, it’s completely different 😂, but it does something different, but you have to have a light hand. You can add, but you can’t take away (you can, but it becomes more work).

Adding cinnamon or dark chocolate to chili should only be done by people that live north of Jellico. GROSS
