- Bishop needs 114yds for 1k rushing
- Brazzell needs 74yds for 1k receiving
- Staley needs 229yds for 1k receiving
- Joey needs 612yds passing to match his single season PB from 2023.

- Joey is currently at 5th in UT history for single-season passing. Matching his 2023 number would pass Tyler Bray's 2012 season for 2nd all time. He needs just 142yds to move to 4th, passing Peyton's 1996 season.
- Joey has 23 passing TDs for 10th best single-season in UT history. 9th is Shuler with 25. Then a logjam at 5th with 27.
- Joey has 11 consecutive games with a TD pass, 6th all time. 12 ties him with Casey Clausen. 13 ties him at 4th with Tony Robinson.
- Joey is tied with Hooker and Milton for completions in a season (229) and 8th in school history. He will finish way further up that list.
- Joey threw 22 consecutive completions earlier this year which is second best in school history.

Did anyone else hear the comment that no one on this year's roster had ever played in the Swamp? Did I hear that right? Is that even true? If so, that's how you break a streak. Just don't have anyone on the team that has experienced the curse. Completely new bloodline!
Can't believe right. First that comes to mind is our punter.

if ya'll don't think next season when FL comes to Neyland with a new coach that they won't even blink if they can run up 50 on us... you are crazy.

vAndy is coming to Neyland and if you think they won't run up 50 on us if they can, you are crazy...

We played two different halves of football last night... first half was business and we kicked arse... second half we just coasted and seemed to feel sorry for them and wouldn't run up the score... beta move... since 2003... and we just tried to run out the clock the entire 4th...

portal shopping should include a consistent kicker if we are thinking on trying to make the playoffs anytime soon... we will be in close games where we need to have confidence in our kicker in the 40+ yard range...

Glad we broke the curse and hopefully this gets the team energized and confident for our last game... it's gonna be a battle...
We don’t play florida next year

Random thought but why has no Special Teams coordinated and practiced a punter intentionally hitting line drive punt at the LOS and in unison have the protection get out of the way to force a “touch” by receiving team.

Brilliant, I know.
The touch has to be beyond the LOS, so you're talking about aiming a line drive hit over 15 yards away. Punters are not known for accuracy lol.

But I do agree in desperation situations, that's something worth trying.

Only a troll like you could have this take after obliterating Florida in the Swamp.

We had 3 total possessions in the second half. The first got backed up by repeated penalties and we punted, the second was a missed FG, and the final possession we enforced our will, killed the clock, and ended the game. We had 6 possessions in the 1st half. We scored on all but 1 of them.

Get some help, find a brain, or troll a different board.

Oh, and we don't play Florida for the next two years.

That our guys bitchslapped UF at their place deserves high praise no matter how bad UF is this season. Yes, we could have kept the hammer down on O and ran up the score. There could have been less back-ups playing to hold UF to less points. I would rather Heup passed three times as necessary at the end of the first half instead of running the ball and kicking a FG to show some faith in JA. I doubt UF could have covered our top four targets.

But I get why Heup did it the way he did. He had a shock and awe plan for the start of the game, then a conservative no turnovers approach to the rest. To see that many yards rushing brings a smile to my face because it demoralizes the opponent.

I am on the bring JA back bus if the legal ruling goes well. G-Mac backs up and Faizon learns the ropes. Gives G-Mac another year to get stronger and ready when his number is called.

I think we make a run at the ring next season with a few good adds from the portal providing Heup addresses the D-staff changes that are needed.

Thanks for doing this

why are all these media guys pushing for Pavia to get a Heisman invite? His stats suck and he and his mom are just loud and in your face... Even Clay Travis thinks he should go... When has a QB who's projected as a 6-7th rounder in line for a Heisman?
